Package Details Explained

On-Campus Package – includes on-campus dorm lodging Sunday night, Monday night, and Tuesday night, all meals starting with Monday breakfast, ending with Wednesday lunch, all refreshment breaks, and a linen package. (Sunday night dinner can be added on to your registration.)

Double Occupancy – In this scenario, you pay a lower room rate and share a room with another attendee. You will have the opportunity to indicate a roommate preference during registration. There is a bathroom in each dorm room

Single Occupancy – In this scenario, you pay a higher room rate but have the dorm room to yourself. You will NOT have to share a bathroom with other conference attendees.

Off-Campus Package – includes lunch Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, dinner Monday, banquet meal Tuesday evening, and all refreshment breaks.

Single Day Rate – includes refreshment breaks and lunch to day of attendance. Virtual conference participation is also included with all in-person conference registration.

What is included with in-person conference registration?

  • Access to Whova web app and/or mobile app – your comprehensive guide to all-things conference
  • ALL conference in-person programming including the Keynote Address, 2 Plenary Workshops (previously known pre-conference workshops), workshops presented over 5 timeslots by librarian colleagues,
  • Networking opportunities through interest group lunches, section meetings, and trivia/game night
  • Spiritual encouragement through daily devotionals and prayer opportunities
  • Full access to virtual portion of conference June 25-26 – this includes additional workshops (different from in-person workshops)
  • Access to all of the content shared in Whova for 3 months
